The Department of State has outlined the following specific objectives for the project:

• Introduce basic entrepreneurship skills;
• Explore U.S. enterprise incubators and accelerators;
• Examine tools to manage emerging entrepreneurship – including social aspects; and
• Discuss U.S. private sector investment and partnership possibilities.
